The founder of fundamental football was born Mark A. Weber in Lafayette,
Louisiana on May 10, 1969. He is married to the former Joy Catherine
Boudreaux, from Carencro. They have two children, Casey and Catherine.
Sports Promotion
Mark was the key promoter of Passback Football invented by Mike McGonigle of Spokane Wa. Weber played a key role in licensing the PassBack Football to Baden Sports in 2005.
Sports Invention
Mark invented the "GreatCatch" soft hands trainer. This invention relates to devices for training techniques for catching a thrown football with fingertips and thumb tips. Also setting a volleyball, shooting, and dribbling a basketball with fingertips and thumb tips.
Education
Mark graduated from Acadiana High School, in 1987. He earned his bachelor's
degree in business in 1992 from Arkansas Monticello.

Mark played both football and baseball at Acadiana high school lettering
two years in both sports, receiving all-district and all-parish honors
his senior year. He was a wide receiver at the University of Arkansas
Monticello form 1988-1992, lettering four years. He was a 3-year all
conference selection and finished ranked fourth all time on the receiver
charts with 101 receptions for 1605 yards and 7 TD's.

Mark focuses on promoting the game football
in a positive and fun way. Creating interest and passion for the
game that means so much to so many. Football has given many people the
foundation for being successful in life. Small things like punctuality
and discipline are the first steps, moving on to character and self-respect.
These are just a few of the life skills learned on the football field
and carried into the work place and most importantly into the family home.
